I am young and gorgeous (thanks to iPhoto and Photoshop)

Apple have just brought out the latest version of iPhoto, and it's essential. The new way of organising photos is incredibly clever, and there are some great new tools for reducing image noise and modifying dark and light areas of a photo separately. It's like Photoshop light, and for someone like me who is never happy with the photos taken of them, it's a boon.

I tried it out on this photo, which I was actually pretty happy with already. After tweaking the levels in iPhoto, I removed a few freckles in Photoshop (once you get started it's difficult to know where to stop). I think the result is pretty good.

The downside is that those of you who only see me occasionally will probably be shocked when we meet face to face. Arghh! Yoda!
